Submit Content & Customer Support
You can easily submit website content via email or send it to our team right from your app dashboard. Look in the lower right of your dashboard to submit content; just tell us what you want to be added and where you want it to go. You can also submit a question to our support team or (during normal business hours) chat with a member of our team.

*Review times for inclusion in the Apple App Store and Google Play vary, are beyond our control, and may require opening a developer account for your school or district. We guarantee submission to the process in time to reasonably expect your app to publish prior to your school or district's first day of classes based on normal review times if we receive a completed enrollment and P.O. or payment along with access to your school or district's developer account by June 24, 2022.
If we receive your enrollment form, P.O./payment, or access to your school or district's developer account after the deadline, we'll make every effort to get your app published before the new school year begins, but won't be able to guarantee it.
