Interested in an app, but intimidated by the process? Fear no more! It's actually quite simple, and we'll break it down here:
Step 1: Meet with your Territory Manager
Meet with your Territory Manager to learn which features and functionality will be beneficial to you and your team. The Territory Manager will make sure you have everything you need to increase your digital communication.
Step 2: Connect with our Customer Success Team
Your Territory Manager will connect you with a member of our Customer Success Team to get started on your app. You will also complete a brief questionnaire to make sure our team understands your needs.

Step 3: Discuss any potential upgrades in addition to your app
Apart from your shiny brand-new app, you have the option to to upgrade it as well! You'll be able to choose from our extensive list of premium features—and your Territory Manager will be there to walk you through all of them.
Step 4: The app build process begins
Our Customer Success Team will start working hard to build out your app. From the color scheme and layout to adding your school's content and images—they will ensure it is both functional and user-friendly for your school community!
Step 5: App review and approval
At this point, both Google and Apple will review and approve your app in order to be admitted to The App Store and Google Play Store.
Step 6: Live Testing
In this phase, our Customer Success Team will go through your app with a fine toothcomb. They'll test the functionality and overall readiness of your app to ensure it's good to go for your users!
Step 7: App Release
Your school's app is ready to be released to you, and will become available to download on both app stores! This is your chance to hype up your app to your community. You could host an app launch event, put the word out on your social networks, anything you can think of to get people excited to download and use your app!

The most important thing to remember is the team at SchoolInfo will be there to assist you every step of the way. The goal of creating a parent communication app for your school or district is to increase engagement among your school community. This is at the core of our mission, and it's what we love to do. We want your school to succeed, and empowering communication through a mobile app can help!
Remember, time is running short. If you would like to build community engagement with your app for back-to-school, we need your commitment by June 25, 2021*.

* Review times for inclusion in the Apple App Store and Google Play vary, are beyond our control, and may require opening a developer account for your school or district. We guarantee submission to the process in time to reasonably expect your app to publish prior to your school or district's first day of classes based on normal review times if we receive a completed enrollment and P.O. or payment along with access to your school or district's developer account by July 9, 2021.
If we receive your enrollment form, P.O./payment or access to your school or district's developer account after the deadline, we'll make every effort to get your app published before the new school year begins, but won't be able to guarantee it.
